Return Policy

At Smart Bride, we are committed to providing you with high-quality promotional products and exceptional customer service. Please review our return policy carefully.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products:

  • We accept returns or replacements for products that are defective upon arrival or do not match the approved proof.
  • A defective product is defined as an item with a manufacturing flaw that renders it unusable or significantly impairs its intended function.
  • An incorrect product is defined as an item that does not match the approved proof in terms of design, color, or product type.
  • To initiate a return for a defective or incorrect product, you must contact our customer service team within five (5) days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect or error, and clear photographic evidence.
  • Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We will cover the return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect products.
  • We will offer a replacement for the defective or incorrect item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Important Notice Regarding Imprinted Products:

    • Due to the customized nature of our imprinted promotional products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been customized with your logo, design, or message, unless the items are defective or do not match the approved proof.
    • Please carefully review your artwork and order details before approving your proof. Once you approve the proof and the items are imprinted, the order is considered final.
    • We strongly recommend ordering a sample of the product before placing a large order to ensure it meets your expectations regarding quality, size, and color.

    Returns for Blank (Non-Imprinted) Products:

    • We accept returns of blank, unprinted items in their original, unused condition and packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for blank product returns.
    • Returns of blank products must be initiated within five (5) business days of receiving the product.

    Exchanges:

    • We do not offer exchanges for non-defective or correctly imprinted products.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders may be cancelled before the artwork proof is approved and production begins.
    • Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

    How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer service team at returns@smartbride.com within the specified timeframe.
    • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence (if applicable).
    • Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if the return is approved.

    Refunds:

    • Refunds for verified defective or incorrect products will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds for blank product returns will be processed minus the 20% restocking fee.

    Please Note:

    • This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Smart Bride.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
