- Due to the customized nature of our imprinted promotional products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been customized with your logo, design, or message, unless the items are defective or do not match the approved proof.
- Please carefully review your artwork and order details before approving your proof. Once you approve the proof and the items are imprinted, the order is considered final.
- We strongly recommend ordering a sample of the product before placing a large order to ensure it meets your expectations regarding quality, size, and color.
Returns for Blank (Non-Imprinted) Products:

- We accept returns of blank, unprinted items in their original, unused condition and packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for blank product returns.
- Returns of blank products must be initiated within five (5) business days of receiving the product.

- We do not offer exchanges for non-defective or correctly imprinted products.

- Orders may be cancelled before the artwork proof is approved and production begins.
- Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence (if applicable).
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if the return is approved.

- Refunds for verified defective or incorrect products will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds for blank product returns will be processed minus the 20% restocking fee.
